The Site, Application and related services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Maker Services”. Third Party Websites and Services
The Maker Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (“Third Party Services”). The privacy practices of Third Party Services are not governed by this Privacy Policy and we encourage you to review all privacy policies of such Third Party Services prior to using the Third Party Services.
We do not own or exercise control over Third Party Services and we do not assume responsibility for the privacy practices of such Third Party Services. When you interact with Third Party Services, you may be providing information directly to the Third Party Services, Maker, or both.
Third Party Partners & Integrations
We may use third-party service providers (“Third Party Partners”) to help us provide services related to the Maker Services, such as, to: provide website hosting, maintenance, and security services; provide payments services; to provide the Maker Services through third party platforms; or offer certain functionality.
We may collect your personal information from these providers and these providers have limited access to your personal information to perform these tasks on our behalf in order to ensure the adequate performance of our contract with you. We require that these parties process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and we authorize them to use the information only for the purposes for which it is provided to them.
The privacy practices of Third Party Partners are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We do not own or exercise control over Third Party Partners and we do not assume responsibility for the privacy practices of Third Party Partners. We do not control the provision and processing of your information by Third Party Partners.
Children Privacy
The Maker Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not access or use the Maker Services at any time or in any manner.
If we learn that personal information has been collected on or through the Maker Services from individuals under 18 years of age, then we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete this information. For residents of the EEA, where the processing of personal information is based on consent, Maker will not knowingly engage in that processing for users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are engaged in that processing with such users, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly delete this information.
